Our style of management differs from many property managers doing business in Metro-Atlanta. We approach property management in a proactive manner. Over 70% of all leases we write are for greater than one year. This style of leasing reduces the churn rate, minimizes vacancies and management expenses while maximizing the return on investment. We send our tenants through multiple screening tests including, but not limited to, credit screening, criminal history screening, eviction history, income verification and much more as needed. With a background in finance and investments, we can help from the purchasing to the daily management of your investment.
